I admit, some time ago I didn't "get" Twitter. Even now, it's not like I couldn't live without it. Yet, I find myself explaining it, and championing it, to others as of late. Quite by accident, I stumbled upon this great piece that does it very, very well.
I love the quick, straightforward style, and the low tech animation is cute and effective. Awesome!
