We scored w/ The Bread Board

Yesterday we high-tailed it over to Independence early to make sure we got to the guys of The Bread Board before they ran out. Scot chose an apple cranberry ciabatta. So far it has excelled as a breakfast bread (melted butter and a little cinnimon sprinkle) and also as a refined afternoon snack with some slices of brie on top and a moment or two under the broiler.
